We can teach your child to swim in a safe and playful way. The swimming diploma is often one of the first diplomas a child obtains and lasts a lifetime! From the age of 4, children can participate in swimming lessons. Lessons are twice a week and last 30 minutes. Lessons are given on Mondays and Fridays. All children are trained according to the standards of the NRZ and obtain the National Swimming Diploma.
Swimming diplomas with lifeguard
The National Swimming Diplomas are issued nationally by the National Swimming Safety Board and consist of the Swimming ABC and the Swimming Skills Diplomas.
The Swimming ABC is the basis of good swimming education. You meet the National Standard for Swimming Safety if you have the complete Swimming ABC in your pocket. Swimming safety can only be maintained through practice. It is important that you can swim in the instruction of lifeguard training near me . Swimming diploma A:
You master skills for a pool without attractions. Swimming Diploma 1 is the stepping stone to Swimming Diploma B and the complete Swimming ABC.
Swimming diploma B
You master skills for a swimming pool with attractions, such as a (white water) slide, a wave pool and a rapid. Swimming diploma B is the intermediate step to Swimming diploma C = National Norm Swimming Safety.
Swimming diploma C = National Standard Swimming Safety
You master skills for a swimming pool with attractions and in open water without currents or large waves, such as recreational lakes and wider ditches/waterways (except in the sea). With this diploma you meet the National Standard for Swimming Safety
Diploma swimming
Children in groups A, B and C are tested in class one week before diploma swimming to see if they can participate in diploma swimming. The children will then receive a form that must be completed and handed in at the reception.
Photos and videos
Due to the privacy law, it is not allowed to take photos and videos during swimming lessons, viewing lessons and diploma swimming, which also include other people.
Free recreational swimming
Children who take swimming lessons in one of our 3 swimming pools can swim for free during this period if they are accompanied by a paying adult (day ticket).
Enrollments
You can register your son/daughter for free via the website or at the reception for swimming lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Swimming skills diplomas
In Swimming Pool Loam floatn it is possible to continue swimming after your C diploma. Swimming skills 1, 2 and 3 with Snorkeling and Rescue Swimming as alternating components
